We had 12 people show for the first meeting. Discussions ranged from establishing the goals of the group, determining what everyone is wanting to get out of the group, and how we wanted to go about obtaining these goals. The next meet is at the same location on the 19th of November, same time and if I remember correctly, there are to be 2 speakers for the next meet, John who is planning on having a short (10ish minutes) presentation regarding his work with Microsoft in facilitating better workflow between the Developers and Designers, and... I'm sorry to say, I am just not recalling exactly who the other person was to be. There was quite a lot of discussion in general regarding personal experiences with the inter-relationship between developers, designers, and deviners/integrators. The idea that we came to a solidarity on was to have a handful of short presentations with longer time span allotted for questions and open-floor commenting. It actually went pretty well.
